Become a Pride Preserver

Pride Preservers are individuals, organizations and businesses that help ensure that Sacramento's LGBT cultural history is preserved and shared.

You become a Pride Preserver by annual registration. Although you may request registration by mail, you need to come to LLACE to be issued a registration card.

Pride Preservers

  • Donate money
  • Help us to identify community library, archival and community needs
  • Suggest programs and services to meet community needs
  • Help ensure that we operate ethically, responsibly and openly
  • Donate artifacts, manuscript material, books, and other library materials
  • Volunteer to work on library, archival and cultural resources, programs and services

How are Pride Preservers recognized for their contributions?

Becoming a Pride Preserver allows you to check out books, DVDs and CDs from the Library's collection.
For $35 annually, cardholders may check out 3 items at a time for a two-week loan period. The most important benefit of being a Pride Preserver is knowing that you have contributed to the preservation and sharing of our community's cultural heritage.
